Girls entering 1st - 7th grade

It’s time to start planning for an unforgettable season at Chapelle Acorn Camp (formerly known as Chapelle Summer Camp)! We’re excited to welcome girls entering 1st – 7th grade to join us for a summer packed with friendship, fun, and future Chipmunks! Chapelle Acorn Camp will take place on June 1 – June 26, M-F, from 8:30AM – 3:00PM.

Ages 7 - 14

Art Camp 504 offers year-round camps and after school classes for passionate young artists in a joyful, supportive environment. This Summer, join us for 12 weeks of creative fun at the Tigermen Den in the Bywater! Classes include Visual Art, Parade, Film, Creative Writing, Culinary Arts, Toy Design, Fantasy/D&D, and more. Ages 7-14 (interns 16+), Register by the week, sliding scale tuition and scholarships available. Before and after care available.

Ages 4 - 14

Ask Wonder Explore (AWE) Camp is a project-based STEAM camp for Kindergarten through middle school learners where students engage in hands-on exploration, creativity, and real-world problem solving. Campers participate in experiments, design challenges, entrepreneurship, and community-based projects. On Wednesday afternoons, campers enjoy outdoor learning at the park, and on Fridays, they go on field trips to explore their city. Our program centers equity, curiosity, and culturally responsive learning while empowering students to see themselves as innovators and change-makers. Before and after care available. 

Ages 6 - 12

Camp Benny is an inclusive summer camp for New Orleans children on the autism spectrum. Join us to be a part of a sensory-friendly, structured summer camp with trained staff and programming that helps develop social skills and provides interactive experiences and learning opportunities. We provide fun and meaningful activities with a high counselor-to-camper ratio. For ages 6-12. June 8-26; July 6-24. You can get all the details at CampBennyNola.org. 

Ages 8 - 14

Dream Street is a five day, four-night camping program for children with physical disabilities. The camp is held on the grounds of URJ Henry S. Jacobs Camp in Utica, MS and is sponsored by NFTY’s Southern Region.

Ages 6 - 15

Camp Tiger invites children between the ages of 6-15 years old in the New Orleans, Northshore, Baton Rouge and Lower Parish metropolitan areas who are physically and/or mentally challenged. We especially welcome those children who are unable to attend other camps available for special needs children. Although it is Camp Tiger's goal to accommodate all children, due to limited funding and staff, the camp can only accept campers whose needs we can meet with our current resources.

Ages 3 - 12

Camp Victory for Summer 2026 at Victory Christian Academy is a vibrant  and engaging summer day camp designed for kids ages 3-12.  We offer themed weeks filled with fun, learning,creativity, and community in a safe, nurturing environment. Each week focuses on a fresh theme to spark curiosity and excitement. Campers enjoy a wide variety of activities including outdoor games, water activities, sports, arts and crafts, music, theatre, and even cooking! It's a full day of fun every weekday from 9-3. We also offer before care and after care.

Students entering PK 3 - 8th Grade

Our camp offers a safe and exciting environment with daily indoor swimming, weekly field trips, and hands-on STEM projects. It is the perfect place for your child to grow, learn, and make lasting summer memories. Before and after care available.

Ages 3 -12 (all campers MUST be potty-trained)

Empire Gymnastics Summer Camp is always a BIG hit & provides a summer's worth of fun-filled, age-appropriate activities for all kids! Each week has a dedicated theme complete with arts & crafts, bounce houses, water days, field trips, special shows, games, &, of course, lots of gymnastics! Campers can enjoy 9 weeks of summer activities, & have the chance to learn new skills, build confidence, form new friends, & make memories to last a lifetime! Full and Half-Day available!

Ages 5-12

Holy Cross School offers an extensive summer camp with activities, games, and field trips.  The camp runs from June 1 to July 10, and is open to boys and girls ages 5-12 years old. Before and after care available.

Ages 2-12

Kinderdance of Nola is a traveling fitness company offering dance, gymnastics, yoga, and sports skill classes for children ranging from 2-12 years old! Lesson plans are set to age-appropriate music and incorporate health and educational concepts. Classes are offered in Metairie and New Orleans.

Ages 6 - High School Graduation 

The mission of Krewe De Camp is to provide a traditional, overnight summer camp experience to children with developmental disabilities while giving their parents and caretakers a much-needed rest. The one-week-long camp is free of charge so that the experience is available to all families regardless of financial need. Campers experience an array of activities including swimming, outdoor games, guest presenters, arts and crafts, concerts, a dance, and a fair. Camp is also an opportunity to socialize among peers and relax in a fun, nurturing atmosphere.

Ages 5-14

2026 Summer Music Camps and Summer Dance Camps at LAAPA provide students with a choice of over 25 instrumental, vocal, drama, and dance programs to explore! Each week students choose six of our programs and work on songs, choreography and scenes based on different themes each week! By breaking up the day into a variety of different classes, we ensure that each student becomes introduced to a variety of new programs and concepts and is provided with a well rounded performing arts experience.

Step into the shoes of global leaders, tackle pressing issues, and enhance your public speaking and debate skills this summer! Ages 21 months through 8th grade at our Uptown location and ages 3 years through 8th grade at our Metairie location.

The New Orleans JCC Summer Camp, running from June 1 to July 24, 2026, offers an engaging and creative experience for children ages 21 months through 8th grade at our Uptown location and ages 3 years through 8th grade at our Metairie location. Registration is open now. Scholarships are available, with applications due by March 2, 2026.

Ages 3-12

Throughout the summer, campers enjoy up to 12 weeks of action-packed fun with games, sports, swimming, arts and crafts, and weekly educational field trips. Each day is thoughtfully planned to keep kids active, engaged, and smiling from start to finish. Water safety is a key focus, with free swim and structured swim lessons designed to build confidence and essential life-saving skills, plus weekly progress updates for families. Kidsports also offers holiday mini-camps during school breaks, providing the same fun, safe, and supportive experience year-round.

Ages 4 - 12

Please note ALL single days and weekly themes will have appropriate riding lessons/activities for whatever level your child is at, including complete beginners.  ALL single days and weeks include daily pony/horse riding and horsemanship lessons in the morning and time on theme activities in the afternoon including games and crafts.  Full and half-days, before and aftercare available.

Girls who have completed grades 1 - 8

St. Mary’s Dominican High School offers a variety of great summer camps for girls who have completed grades 1 - 8. All camps, with the exception of soccer camp, will be held at Dominican’s main campus, 7701 Walmsley Avenue. Camp offerings are DominiCamp, Jumpin’ for Joy, and Sports Camps. All camps take place during the month of June and July.

The Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth offers rigorous, fun, three-week summer day and residential programs at 11 U.S. locations. CTY has 70+ courses in math, science, writing, and the humanities, plus activities like talent shows and dances. Year-round online courses are also enrolling. Ages 4-12

Our weekly summer arts camp offers sliding scale registration fees, with weekly master guest artists and classes in performing and visual arts. Daily meals and snacks, before/after care, and a focus on emotional safety, nourishment, emergency preparedness, and inclusivity support skill-building, active engagement, encouragement, and conflict resolution.
