As the summer rolls on in New Orleans, the heat gets oppressive, even scary at times! Air conditioning sure is a welcome amenity when trying to keep your little ones entertained. So, why not hit up some kid's movies around town? Many theaters offer great ticket prices that usually include popcorn and a drink. Sensory Friendly Films at AMC Theaters is for families affected by Autism to enjoy their favorite films in a safe and accepting environment. The auditoriums dedicated to the program have their lights up, the sound turned down and audience members are invited to get up and dance, walk, shout or sing!
