Lundi Gras on the Mississippi
The public event will feature live music, fireworks, local food vendors and the official arrival of Rex, King of Carnival to the Mardi Gras festivities. Adding a dash of historical perspective this year, Rex, King of Carnival, and his entourage will arrive at Spanish Plaza aboard elegantly decorated vintage railroad cars.

Zulu Lundi Gras Festival
The Zulu Lundi Gras Festival is a fun-filled day allowing the people of New Orleans and our city visitors an up-close look at the Zulu Characters. The festival is free and open to the public. This event, hosted by the 600 members of the Zulu Social Aid & Pleasure Club, is a fun and exciting day of food, music, arts, and crafts along the beautiful riverfront of New Orleans.
Monday, February 16, 2015 10:00am to 6:30pm in Woldenberg Park along the Mississippi River in the French Quarter. The festival will feature local, world-renowned and Grammy award winning entertainers performing on three (3) stages. Click here for more info.
