Celebration in the Oaks in City Park is the most spectacular holiday lights festival in the country. City Park’s famous oaks are swathed in over a million twinkling lights and breathtaking light displays are scattered throughout the 2.25 mile driving tour of the Park. The Driving Tour is approximately 30 to 47 minutes. Be sure to tune into 103.7 upon arrival to enjoy holiday classics. There is also the Walking Tour where you can experience an all-access pass to Storyland, Carousel Gardens Amusement Park – which features 18 rides guaranteed to put a smile on your face – and the elegant Botanical Garden, where you can make memories under the twinkling lights with your loved ones. Proceeds from Celebration in the Oaks benefits the maintenance, care, and beautification of New Orleans City Park.
