Description
Take the family to the third annual Children’s Hospital New Orleans Holiday Parade in downtown New Orleans! Join the fun for a holiday experience you won’t forget! Nominated a Top 20 holiday parade by USA TODAY 10Best, this year’s parade features a longer route, 30 dazzling floats, high flying helium balloons, more than a dozen dancing groups and marching bands, and exclusive holiday throws crafted by the creative children at our hospital. It's a day filled with joy, gratitude, and the spirit of giving, all supporting Children’s Hospital’s 70-year mission of caring for Louisiana’s children. The parade will start from The French Market with an extended route through Downtown! The Children’s Hospital New Orleans Holiday Parade will begin at the corner of Esplanade Avenue and North Peters Street, traveling North Peters to Decatur Street through the vibrant French Market toward Jackson Square and Oscar Dunn Park, where it will bring the joy and magic of the holiday season to life. The parade will continue down Decatur St to North Peters and will follow North Peters before turning right on Canal Street, with a U-turn at Burgundy Street, traveling back down through downtown to Tchoupitoulas Street, ending at St. Joseph Street.
