Description
Abita Fall Fest offers something to all age groups — young, old and everyone in between. Abita Brewing Company invites you to the 5th annual Abita Fall Fest, October 11-12, 2024, in Abita Springs Trailhead Park. Voted Gambit Newsweekly's Best Festival of 2023, Abita Fall Fest is a nonprofit event created to celebrate the art, music, and culture of Abita Springs, Louisiana. Since 2019, the festival has brought Grammy Award-winning artists and national acts together with local favorites to create a family-friendly, all ages event, kicking off Friday with Fall Fest After Dark (5-10 p.m.), a music-only event featuring three bands on the trailhead stage. Saturday is the big day, with live music on three stages, Abita beer, food, a green-screen photo booth, a wine garden, artisan crafts market, even a Tiger Tailgate trailer with big-screen TVs so you can keep up with the big game. The Kids' Zone has loads of fun for the littles, with a petting zoo, pony rides, a wide variety of arts & crafts activities, entertainment stage and more. This year's festival features Tab Benoit on Friday, and on Saturday, John "Papa" Gros, Alana Springsteen, Janya Morgan & The Sazerac Sunrise Jazz Band, The Abita Stumps, Dwayne Dopsie & The Zydeco Hellraisers and many more. View the complete artist lineup for both days at https://www.abitafallfest.com/lineup. The festival is rain-or-shine and is open to all ages. Gates open at 11 a.m. Saturday and music on three stages starts at 12 p.m., continuing until 7 p.m. Chairs and blankets are welcome. No outside food or drinks, ice chests or umbrellas. Certified service animals (ONLY) are allowed on the grounds.
