Come and find your inner meow while doing yoga with cute, adoptable kittens from the Jefferson SPCA. This type of yoga sequence will consist of seated stretches and will encourage following your body’s unique rhythm and posture while placing emphasis on the breath. Mats are not required, but you may bring one if you wish. This program is intended for teens and adults. Every 2nd and 4th Thursday thru July 25. Cats and kittens from Jefferson SPCA will be on-site to meet and greet, play with, and be available for adoption. Open to ages 12 and up. No registration is required. Unable to adopt?
