Bayou Boogaloo is a family-friendly 3 day event located on the banks of Bayou St. John with a kid's stage, along with games and art activities for children. Attendees can partake in delicious food, spirits and libations, listen to great local music, and enjoy the very best art that New Orleans has to offer. Hear Juvenile, Boyfriend, Bonerama, Rebirth Brass Band, The Iceman Special, Yonder Mountain String Band and many more! Rain or shine Friday (5pm-9 pm), Saturday (11 am - 9 pm), and Sunday (11 am - 8:30 pm). The event is super family friendly with a baby changing area and nursing tent, plus kids programming all three days in the Kids Tent, and more! Here is the Ruby Slipper Kids Stage Line Up: - Silent Disco with DJ Tom Harvey: Join DJ Tom Harvey, a veteran with over 25 years of experience, as he sets the mood with an eclectic mix of House, Funk, Soul, Techno, Dub, and World Beat.
