Louisiana Irish-Italian Parade in Metairie

Description

The Louisiana Irish Italian Parade will roll on the traditional Veterans Highway route in Metairie to celebrate the heritage of the Irish and Italians. Parade goers will enjoy 31 floats, 58 truck floats, 15 walking clubs, & a flag-throwing group from Italy! Besides catching beades, you may catch fresh produce, fruits, ramen noodles, cookies, moon pies, and Italian Breads! Traditional paper flowers and graters will be handed out by the marchers.
