The Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival combines great food, music and art in the heart of New Orleans' Central Business District in Lafayette Square. Two stages are set up in the square in such a way that the sound from one doesn't conflict with the other. Craft booths will surround the square, and there will be plenty of food booths, especially some of the best barbecue in the South. Listen to The Lilli Lewis Project, Tab Benoit, Honey Island Swamp Band , John Mooney & Bluesiana, Johnny Sansone, Lurrie Bell and many more. The food menus detail barbecue dishes and other cuisine available for purchase from a variety of Louisiana vendors including Cocoa & Cream Catering, Voleos Seafood, Que Pasta Nola Latin Street Food, Cafe Dauphine, Cochon King BBQ, Tiger’s Creole Cuisine, Divine Cuisine, Devil Moon, Brocato’s Catering, Central City BBQ, and Steakman Catering. Featured dessert vendors at the festival are Quintin’s Natural Ice Cream & Sorbet, KD’s NOLA Treats, Fresh Fruit Sensations, and Etalian Happy Ice. Gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options will be available for purchase at the festival. The festival is one of several presented by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation.
