Road trip! Take an hour and a half road trip to Morgan City for Louisiana's oldest chartered harvest festival with Cajun music, swamp rock, zydeco, country, rhythm and blues, shrimp cook-off, arts and crafts, fireworks, and the Children's Village. Children’s Village open on Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-5:00pm offering bounce houses, face painting, and games. Click here for more information on their Facebook page. Festival dates are September 2 - September 5, 2022. The festival does not charge an admission fee. Bring money for your food, drinks, rides and arts and crafts if you wish to purchase.
