FREE! Residents are invited to the NORDC Halloween Spooktacular! Bring all your little ghouls to enjoy carnival style games, bounce houses, costume contests, and of course, trick or treating for candy. Events will be held at 3 NORDC recreation centers across the city, including Cut-Off Rec Center, Joe W. Brown Rec Center, and Lafitte Greenway. Festivities kick off with "THRILLER" flash mob in front of New Orleans City Hall. Admission is free and open to the public.
