Join the 2019 Egg Scramble at City Park on April 13 OR April 14!
The day will begin with the gates of Carousel Gardens opening for those with Egg Scramble tickets at 9am. Enjoy music, face painters, the Easter Bunny, and a balloon artist. All this extra fun is included in the Egg Scramble ticket price. At 10am the whistle is blown for the Easter Egg Hunt to begin! Kids fill up their basket with eggs and enjoy the treats found inside the eggs. There will be 100 golden eggs for those lucky enough to find them. They'll have tickets to City Park attractions in them! Good Luck!
Storyland will be an area for toddlers only. Toddlers may participate in any area for the egg hunt, but no big kids will be allowed in Storyland until after the egg hunt is completed. At 10:30am, or slightly before, the rides in Carousel Gardens will start whirling and twirling. There are 17 rides in the amusement park including the Ladybug Roller Coaster!
Your $10/person ticket includes all activities from 9am to noon. At noon there will be a charge for rides but not admission (you're already in the amusement park!) The gates of the amusement park will open for the public at noon.
Tickets can be scanned from your phone. Everyone is required to have a ticket this year, including members of Friends of City Park. Babies under 1 year old will be admitted free. There is only a limited number of tickets sold for this event. The event is expected to sell out leaving no tickets available at the gate. No need to bring your own basket to the Egg Scramble, baskets will be provided.
Friends of City Park tickets are $5/member. Please be ready to show your membership card and ticket at the gate. Discount applies to number of people covered by your membership level. Purchase your tickets from this link.

There is no refund due to rain, power outages, and other unforeseen conditions for this fundraiser. Should the event need to be canceled for any reason, please visit NewOrleansCityPark.com for information. Please keep in mind our events are fundraisers. When possible the event will be rescheduled for the following night. Should that not be possible, no refunds will be given, and we invite ticket holders to consider their ticket as a donation to the Park.
Who
Kids and their families; recommended for 8 years and younger. There will be a 'little kid' area just for toddlers.
Cost
