Join the Jai Bhakti Yoga Foundation every Monday for a gentle flow class that focuses on Pranayama, (breathwork), slow, gentle movements, and meditation. This class is great for beginners as well as for those wishing to take a little load off from their spirited yoga practices. All are welcome.
Mats are provided along with some props. Feel free to bring your own mat and props.
