SEEK is a 3-week summer enrichment program designed to be a fun and engaging educational experience for kids, led by the National Society of Black Engineers. The goal is to increase elementary school students' aptitude in math and science and their interest in pursuing STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) career fields, by having them engage in interactive, team-based engineering projects. The SEEK Program utilizes a hands-on design curriculum supplied by various educational curriculum companies and corporate sponsors. Students will work in teams, using their knowledge to solve problems and create products while discovering the underlying math and science principles involved in these processes. Every Friday, the students will put their knowledge to test by participating in 3 fun filled competitions.

The program includes 100 students per grade level, for a total of 300 students. NSBE and SEEK employs 50 collegiate mentors to facilitate the program. For more information and to register, visit – https://www.nsbe.org/seek.aspx
