GNOYO’s Summer Music Festival excites and inspires young musicians at all levels of proficiency during a week-long collaboration with some of the most talented professional musicians in the country! Students will have an opportunity to learn from some of the most talented professional musicians in the country.
Benefits also include small group instruction, numerous performance opportunities, and social interaction with other talented musicians. A staff of musicians will lead daily sectionals and pedagogy classes and play alongside students at all rehearsals and performances.
GNOYO’s Annual Summer Orchestras Program
Location: Loyola University New Orleans
Rehearsals: beginning June 23rd and will continue every Tuesday through July 28th from 6:30-8 p.m.
Final concert: July 28th at 7:30 p.m. at Roussel Hall and is free and open to the public – invite your family and friends!
Cost: $175 before 4/1 and $225 after 4/1
No audition is necessary; placement is based on proficiency. Enrollment is on a first-come basis and open to students who play the violin, viola, cello, bass, harp, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, French horn, trumpet, or trombone.
