SUMMER ART CAMPS AT THE OGDEN MUSEUM OF SOUTHERN ART!
Through a series of small, specialized camps, kids in grades 2 through 12 can explore painting, printmaking, mixed media, photography, fashion design and more! Each session draws inspiration from Southern works of art and gives campers the chance to learn from professional artists.
Fine Arts FUNdamentals
Monday - Friday (9am - 3pm)
Spark your child's creativity at Fine Arts FUNdamentals! Kids in 2nd - 5th grades explore carious art forms, including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture and textiles. Campers will also learn about artists who shaped The South. This series ends in a special gallery exhibit showcasing the campers art.

Fashion Institute
Monday - Friday (9am-3pm)
Campers engage in a two-week fashion program focused on sustainability. Students learn sewing and design skills that include-use, repurpose and "greener" ways to dress, while also honoring diverse bodies and aesthetics. Fashion Institute culminates in a fun fashion show that highlights the students' design process and showcases their outfits in both action and function.
Photography & Exhibition Design
June 22nd - 26th & Jul;y 6th - 10th (9am - 3pm)
Campers entering 6th through 12th grade will discover a new way of seeing in this engaging, two-week, digital photography program. Students will learn the fundamental elements of photography, including composition, exposure and lighting. Campers will also go on daily field trips to local arts institutions. In the classroom, students will practice critique and develop a strong portfolio and plan the final exhibition opening on White Linen Night at Ogden Museum.
