What makes CPMA camps so special?
Camps are all led by arts educators with years of experience teaching arts to children ages 3 - adult. Each camp session is designed to make sure campers are excited to stay engaged in activities and work toward goals. All activities are small group activities giving every camper a voice!
Acrobatics & Circus Arts Camp
Ages 6 - 12 years

Let's have some fun practicing & Learning new tricks! All Levels and Abilities welcome to come explore the Art of Acrobatics and the fun and Excitement of Circus Arts. Campers will all improve their acrobatics skills, Practice The Art of CLowing, learn to Hula Hoop or Hula Hooping Tricks, and More. We will present a special Choreographed Show to Parents the last Day of Camp!
Cinderella & Sleeping Beauty Ballet Camp
Ages 5 - 10 years

Join us for A Joyful week of Dance! Campers will Enjoy Daily Ballet Class, Dance & Movement Games, and immerse themselves in the story, Music, And Dancing From The Cinderella Ballet and The Sleeping Beauty Ballet. Dancers will Learn and Practice Dances that will be performed for Their Family the last Day of Camp. One Year of Dance Experience Recommended for 5 - 6 Year olds. Ballet slippers and Dance Attire Needed. Younger Beginner Dancers will work As a Dance Core and Older More Experienced Dancers will have opportunities for Small Group Dances and Even Solos! Dancers of all Levels will come together to joyfully learn more about the art of dance and improve their Ballet Technique and ablity to express as an artist!
Sing & Dance Aristocats - Broadway Baby Camp

Let's Sing & Dance The Music From Aristocats. We'll Learn a few songs - They're Arrangments & Lyrics And we'll Put choreography to It too! More Experienced Students will have the opportunity to sing & Dance Solos. We'll play Acting and Improv Games And Hold mock Auditions. Ths is a great camp for those interested in trying Musical theater and those looking to improve their Musical Theater skills before that next audition. Campers will put on a Show for Their Families the Last Day of Camp.
Ballet & Contemporary Intensive
Ages 8 - 13 Years

Let's work on our Technique, Flexiblity, Strength, Expression, And More! Dancers will Take Daily Ballet & Contemporary Classes focused on Technique & Conditioning. Dancers will Work Turns, Tricks, Leaps, And Overall Quality of Movement. Dancers will Also Learn Ballet Variations and Contemporary Choreography that Will Be Performed for Family The Last Day of Camp. A Minimum of Two to Three Years of Dance Experience Recommended. Jazz & Hip Hop Intensive

Enjoy an Introduction to the Art of Dance. Our Tiny Dancer Campers will Enjoy our Early Childhood Dance Curriculum That Includes Playful Creative Movement, Dance Games, Beginner Ballet, Jazz, Acrobatics, and More. We'll Dive into The Nutcracker Ballet - Hello Christmas in July!. WE'll Watch Some pieces from Different Nutcrackers and Learn How a Dance Production Is Made. Beginners will enjoy an introduction to Ballet and those with experience will improve their technique and confidence! Dancers will Learn a Nutcracracker Inspired Dance or Two to Perform For Their Families The Last Day of Camp.
Modern Broadway Review

Experienced Musical Theater Actors are Invited to Be a Part of A Modern Broadway Review! Let's Sing and Dance Some iconic songs from Six, HadesTown, Hamilton, and More! Actors age 9 - 10 should already have Theater experience and some Voice training. CPMA students 11+ years are encouraged, But not required, to take the Voice class on Thursdays at 8 pm this summer where work for this camp will start in June. The week of camp will be spent putting a show together as a team. Campers will Learn what it takes to design & Star In a Show. Older More experienced Actors will have the opportunity to Direct Pieces for our younger Actors. Have a blast building your Musical Theater repertoire, Improving your Vocal Technique, Building Your dance Skills, and enjoying others with the same passions as you!
Sing & Dance Newsies
Ages 9 - 18
July 22nd - 26th, 10am - 1:00pm

Let's Sing and Dance the Amazing Songs of Newsies. Campers will learn the music of Newsies. We'll learn the arrangement and Lyrics and put choreography to them too! We'll also do skit work to build those acting skills. We'll learn more about auditions and how to feel more confident going into them. Campers have the opportunity to sing and dance as as either a group, or they may audition to sing or dance as a solo. Singers who aren't comfortable dancing yet will improve those dance skills in a safe place and Dancers not yet comfortable singing can gain confidence in their voice. Tap Dancers are encouraged to join and to improve their Tap dancing ability. We will Tap dance Daily. Anyone wishing to have their first Tap dance experience is welcome too! Come have a blast improving your theater skills and enjoying others with the same passions as you!
