Morpheus8 Body is a technology that uses microneedles along with radiofrequency to destroy fat cells and tighten the skin resulting in fat reduction and smoothing of cellulite. This procedure has been described as slightly more uncomfortable than Evolve as numbing is needed. Patients usually undergo three-five monthly treatments for the best results.
Evolve is a hands-free device that can be used anywhere on the body including abdomen, upper & lower extremities, buttocks, and back. There are three different technologies that can be used separately or in a combination to treat those problem areas: Tite, Tone, Trim. Evolve Tite uses radiofrequency to heat up the skin which in turn tightens the skin giving it a smoother, more supple appearance. Evolve Tone uses electrical muscle stimulation to cause the muscles to contract and become more tone during the physical treatment. Evolve Trim uses both suction and radiofrequency to treat the skin into the fat which destroys the fat and tightens the skin all at in the same treatment. Most patients undergo six weekly treatments to achieve maximum results using one or more of the technologies.

FACIAL CONTOURING
Evoke |
Evoke is a similar platform to Evolve in that it is a hands-free system that targets facial contouring. Evoke can be used on the cheeks or the chin. Depending on the length of treatment, laxity as well as unwanted fat can be eliminated. The optimal results can be seen within three months following the four weekly treatments.However, most patients start to notice some benefit after one or two treatments.
Morpheus8 again uses microneedles in conjunction with radiofrequency. This procedure is designed to target problems areas in the face or neck. For the face, we are able to go after laxity of eyelids, cheeks, and deeper lines. We have transformed several patients’ neck with Morpheus8 by treating laxity, lines and sagginess. Best results are seen after just three-monthly treatments with little to no downtime.
