Theatre experience is encouraged but not necessary to play a part--all campers will be assigned a role!
Learn all aspects of musical theatre and perform onstage at the Westwego Performing Arts Theatre July 23-25!

JPAS Musical Theatre Intensives provide a challenging and high quality musical theatre education to students of the metro New Orleans area. The students who attend our Intensives are challenged and enriched through an encouraging and inviting environment. Summer Intensive welcomes children grades 3-8 and 6-12 each summer. Individual attention and fun are our goals, so space is limited. Young performers have the opportunity to work with professional artistic staff. At JPAS, we place the child first and give them the opportunity to spread their wings in a creative and remarkable way.
About the Show: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family whom her parents have never met. She confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before– keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.
