Go canoeing!
LOOP NOLA wants to provide families with a way to safely explore and enjoy the outdoors again without having to travel far. This Saturday and Sunday, they will be renting out canoes at their office located at the back of City Park - 1031 Harrison Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70124. Reservations required by calling or texting 504-655-2770.

Sunday 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Paddling in the lagoons in the back of City Park is very scenic and feels quite adventurous! You're likely to see turtles sunning themselves.
Social distancing and disinfecting guidelines will be in place and strictly followed. Rentals are as follows: start 1 hour - $25; 3 hours $40; 6 hours $55. There is a max of 3 people per canoe. There is a $5 discount for children 12 and under and children must weigh a minimum of 50 lbs due to the type of life jackets they use.The revenue generated from the rentals will support LOOP NOLA's future youth development programs when it is deemed safe to run them again.
