All campers must be 5 years old by the first day of camp.
Camp Schedule:
Drop-off: 7:30am – 9am
Camp time: 9am – 3:30pm
Pick-up: 3:30pm – 4pm
Aftercare:
Available for purchase on select days.
Please note that there is no aftercare on Fridays. Campers must be picked up by 4pm on days that do not have aftercare.
If your child is picked up after 4pm, your account will automatically be charged for aftercare. Pickups after 6pm (or 4pm on days without aftercare) will result in a late fee of $1 per minute, per child.
Lunch:
Please pack a NUT-FREE lunch for your child. EJ YMCA is a NUT- FREE facility.
Lunch and snacks are not provided during School’s Out Camp.
Cancellation Policy:
No refunds within three (3) business days of the camp start date.
Refunds requested four (4) or more business days prior to the start of camp will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
If your child is sick on the day of camp, a credit can be issued to your account, or you may request a refund with a doctor’s note.
