The New Orleans Recreation Development (NORD) Commission will host its 4th annual Family Fun Walk featuring a 2.2 mile walk around Pontchartrain Park on Saturday, July 21, 2018, from 8:00 – 10:00 a.m. to celebrate National Park and Recreation Month. The event includes a walk party featuring a bounce house, giveaways, face painting and partner demonstrations. Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided. Sponsored by Entergy.
All residents and walking groups are invited to join this free event. Matching gear, decorated strollers or wagons, are encouraged.
