Join Communication and Cuddles, a playgroup meeting on Monday mornings, where the focus is to expand on developmental skills, socialize with one another, and grow together! This is an opportunity to expand your child's language acquisition and speech production all while socializing with other children.
From the facilitator: "Greetings, I am Diana Fisse Lockhart and am a resident of Metairie, Louisiana. I am a Certified Speech Language Pathologist and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Through my daily work, I have realized the importance of peer modeling and socializing amongst children. This "Mommy and Me" playgroup is an opportunity for children to socialize with their peers and to continue to grow and learn within a semi-structured environment all while having the comfort of their mother with them. Learning and development is key in the early years. Join us as we launch the playgroup this fall!"
