Fun and Variety at Dominican's Summer Camps for Girls

Summer camps for girls at St. Mary’s Dominican High School start Monday, June 5. All camps, except soccer and softball camps, are at Dominican’s main campus, 7701 Walmsley Avenue. Jumpin’ for Joy, June 5-23, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. 

Campers (completed grades 1^st – 4^th) enjoy arts and crafts, cheerleading, music, and much more.

Jumpin’ for Joy costs:

$375.00 for three weeks

$265.00 for two weeks

$170.00 for one week

All full-day camp registrations include lunch catered by Sage Dining Services.

DominiCamp, June 5-23, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Campers (completed grades 4^th-8^th) enjoy a variety of activities: Do-“mini” Chefs, Jewelry Making, Dance, Math Mania, Domini-tectives, Science Exploration and Drama.  

DominiCamp costs:

$620.00 for three weeks

$435.00 for two weeks

$220.00 for one week

All full-day camp registrations include lunch catered by Sage Dining Services.

Sports Camps, Starting June 5

Campers (completed grades 4^th- 8^th) receive sport-specific instruction and skill-development under the supervision of Dominican’s coaching staff.  Cost per Sports Camp is $125.00.

Volleyball: June 5-9 (completed grades 4^th- 5^th), 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.; and (completed grades 6^th-8^th), 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Basketball: June 12-16 (completed grades 4^th-8^th), 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

Softball: June 19-23; 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  * Harahan Playground (optional transportation available to and from DHS)

Soccer: July 31 - August 4; 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. * Playmakers Indoor Sports (optional transportation available to and from DHS)

Specialized Camps, Starting June 5

Drama: June 12-16; 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Band: June 5-9; 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Studio Art: June 19–23; 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

DominiTech: Two one-week sessions offered June 12-16 and June 19-23; 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
