Parade of Products Shopping Expo - A Call for Vendors

Just in time for holiday shopping!

The East Jefferson Family YMCA would like to extend an invitation for you and your business to participate in the 2nd Annual Parade of Products Expo to be held at the East Jefferson Family YMCA, Saturday, December 5, 2015 from 9:00am – 1:00pm. The purpose of the Expo is to provide participants a place to display their wares, shop, trade, promote or sell their products. Over 200 people visit the Y during that time plus advertising to bring in non-members. The event is also promoted through local advertising, emails, social media,and signage throughout the building. Booths Include:
6 ft table with two chairs
Please note if you will need a power outlet
Free Childcare for exhibitors from 8 – 12:00pm

Booth Registration Fees:
• Early Bird Registration by October 15th $25.00 per booth
• Register by November 15th - $30.00 per booth
• Register November 16th – December 2nd - $50.00 per booth
 
Set Up:
Set up time begins at 8:00am.

Door Prizes:
All participants are encouraged to donate a Door Prize to be given away during the Expo. Please remember to attach your business card for a little extra advertisement!
