At Nanny Poppins, all of the Nannies go through an extensive pre employment process, drug screen, state and nationwide background checks, SS verification, and are first aid and CPR certified. They must be 21 or older with a minimum of 3 yrs experience in child care. All of my Nannies are interviewed by Kimberly.
