Every child can learn something from gymnastics and gain physical and mental skills that can be used later on, not only in gymnastics and other sports activities, but also in all that life has to offer. That's the philosophy and goal of Ivanov's Gymnastics Academy, in business for over 11 years.
Interested? Listen up....Ivanov's Gymnastics is offering one month of gymnastics or tumbling classes to two lucky readers!! Classes are once a week, so it is a total of four classes.
Ivanov's Gymnastics Academy offers a wide range of classes for children ages 18 months through High School.
- "Mommy & Me" Program: for children ages 18 months - 3 years. Children are taught gymnastics in a safe, comfortable environment. Skills are taught in progressions, more difficult skills building on the basic skills that are initially taught and mastered.
- Preschool Programs: for ages 3-5. As children gain more confidence and knowledge of gymnastics skills and terminology, they progress through the Preschool programs divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced programs for children ages 5 & up.
- Tumbling Classes: for those children just interested in learning floor tumbling skills, Ivanov's offers Tumbling classes for Beginners and more advanced tumblers. These children will learn tumbling skills on both the floor and trampoline, as well as working on strength and flexibility skills.
- Competitive Gymnastics: Ivanov's offers competition teams in all levels of gymnastics, who have consistently won Event, All Around, and Team titles including State, Regional, and National Championships. In each year Ivanov's has been in business, numerous Team gymnasts have become All-Around and Event State Champions. With professional coaches, well-maintained equipment, and innovative teaching techniques and training aids (including reflex beams, a new vaulting table, spotting belts, and a 40-foot tumble track), Ivanov's teams receive the best that can be offered in Louisiana.
- Ivanov's Gymnastics Summer Camp will run May 31 - August 12. Besides all the fun activities campers will experience at Ivanov's, the camp is extremely flexible. Children can attend by the week or by the day, or use the camp when you need it! Anyone is welcome, no gymnastics experience is required! Click here for more details.
