Make Creative Memories with Your Family at NOMA in 2015

NOMA begins 2015 with a variety of ways for families to experience art together!

NEW! |Family Art Workshops | Select Sundays 2 – 3 pm
This spring, sharpen your drawing skills by creating projects inspired by NOMA’s collection. Led by a teaching artist, each skill-building workshop will emphasize developing basic drawing techniques and focus on different subject matter.

NEW! | Baby Arts Play! at NOMA | Tuesdays at 1:00 pm, beginning January 27
Instill a love of art at a young age through a guided, hands-on gallery experience. Young Audiences Wolftrap teaching artists will present a series of 12 workshops for caregivers and children ages 1-2. Learn how to integrate music, movement, and drama into everyday playtime to foster children’s developmental growth.

StoryQuest | Select Saturdays at 11:30 am
Spark imagination, creativity, and a love of reading. Actors, authors, and artists read children’s book, then families explore the galleries together.

Friday Nights @ NOMA | Fridays from 5 – 9 pm
NOMA turns up the volume every Friday night! Join us for activities for all ages including live music, art activities, talks, tours, and more.

Studio KIDS! | Select Saturdays from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Children learn artistic skills and techniques while also exploring the galleries.

Summer Camp | June and July, full schedule coming soon!
NOMA conducts week-long camps taught by professional teaching artists focusing on visual and performing arts in an array of different media.
