Electric Girls Halloween Workshop

Want to learn how to make your Halloween costume light up? Have an idea for an electronic Halloween costume that you've always wanted to make but weren't sure how?

THIS is your chance to learn. Come build, enhance, and electrify your Halloween costume with the Electric Girls at the Nola Fab Lab @ Delgado on Saturday, October 22. This event is open to the public, all humans of all ages, all experience levels. Please note you must supply your own costume.

No matter your skill set, you will walk away with an awesome, light up costume. Bring your own costume. Ticket costs include materials used. (see details about materials and what's possible below)

Tickets are $50 for half day, $85 for full day. All proceeds will fund scholarships to Electric Girls in 2017.

Equipment & Details
-Fiber optics: You will be heatshrinking end-glow fiber optic strands to LED lights (your choice of color). 
-Standard LEDs: You will be able to hook up single or multiple LEDs to your costume. 
-LEDs programmed to flash and fade. (up to 2 standard LEDs and 1 RGB LEDs OR 5 standard LEDs)
